A consultancy was founded in late June 2025 to address the pain points within the current job market. "How can I get a job if they want experience, and how can I get the experience if I can't get a job?"
With the current state of the job market, many share the sentiment that entry-level jobs no longer exist. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions, are lacking invitations for interviews, and we would like to change how people think about the job market.
Being able to empathise with these people - who are valuable no matter how the current job market makes them feel - the first step we take to changing this situation is to objectively evaluate the first impression an employer has of a candidate, and that is their CV and/or cover letter.
